FAQ

1- DELIVERY TIME
-The amount of time it takes for the piece to be finished depends on the type and level of complexity.
In general, it usually can take 1 day to 2 weeks, depending on the level of complexity and details.2-WORKING PROGRESS
I will update you by email or another social media of your choice about the working progress regularly, and ask if you want any changes, so please make sure to check your emails/social media.3-I don't work with NFT. This is not negotiable.3-PAYMENT
I usually work with paypal payment.
50% of the payment is sent after the sketch aproval, and the other 50% when the piece is finished.
There are no refunds after the sketch aproval.-The payment is done once the sketch is finished and approved by the client;
Please see the "terms of service" for more information about how the commissions work! Also,feel free to ask me anything if you have any doubt about the process

Rules and terms of service

-Have in mind that all my commissions can be shared by me in my social networks (instagram, linkedin, twitter, artstation, etc), unless the client previously asks me to keep that work private;-The client has all rights to personal use of the image(s), as well as to repost it wherever they seems fit, as long as they give credit to the creator by tagging me on the image or on the description of the post;-Nonetheless, the client does NOT have the right to re-sell the commission, be it in digital or physical form (prints), or to use the art of the commission in the creation of any sorts of merchandise (shirts, mugs, and similars). In case this rule is breached, the client will be charged a fine consisting of the full price of the commission, plus all the revenue acquired by him with the non-authorized sales;
-The rule above does not apply to clients who are buying the copyright of a work which is made specifically to be applied to marketable items, illustrations for books, logos, etc;-Please don’t be disrespectful or try to rush the process. Drawing takes a lot of time and effort.- In the case of “YCH” commissions, where the position of the characters is already set, it’s only possible to make small changes (facial expressions,body type of the character) and never to shift the entire pose.
